Cream Biscuit Modak
Ingredients Quantity
Cream Biscuits 10 no.
Ghee 1 ½ tbsp
Milk as required
Kalakand 1no.
Modak mould
Method
1. Take a bowl of cream biscuit and separate the cream and biscuits from each other.
2. Now blend the biscuits in the blender, add ghee, milk and mix properly in the dough form.
3. Let it settle in the fridge till it firm.
4. Now take the cream and mix it properly.
5. Add a big piece of kalakand and mix it wisely.
6. Now take the mould of modak, press the biscuit in the corner and make a whole in the between.
7. Now add the cream mixture in it and press evenly.
8. Now seal the modak from the ending and press it properly to give a proper shape.
9. Our modak ready to serve.
