He scared the couple that walked behind the car haha they hid behind another car down the lane and watched him hahaha. Gotcha loves to watch and talk to people, keeping parrots socialized is so important! Get them out of the house (safe in a harness) and let them explore with you. Gotcha and I go on walks daily and we meet new people all the times. The sunshine is so healthy for our parrots.
