Fixing Skylake, Haswell, and Ivy Bridge CPU temps: IHS removal

UPDATE 09/01/2015: Skylake CPUs are available now, and it looks like Intel did not change the manufacturing process of the thermal paste. Skylake still uses paste instead of solder between the IHS and die. UPDATE 06/02/13: Haswell just launched, and this method still applies.
