To build our crystalline bodies and brains – and activate our 12 strands of DNA, we need to remove toxicity from our cells. This will automatically raise our cellular frequency. There are some little-known elementals that can now do this. Dragons too consume lower thoughts that affect the quality of our blood. Much of our cells are made up of water and since the start of this year we have been able to access light codes from certain planets to cleanse them!!
