UN top Court rejects South Africa’s request for urgent measures to safeguard Rafah

The International Criminal Court(ICJ) said that there is no need for a new order as there is an existing one that Israel is bound to follow. Israel has identified Rafah as the last remaining Hamas stronghold in Gaza and vowed to continue its offensive there.
