Dog Recovers After Being Choked and Tossed In Trash: Cops

A man is seen on surveillance opening the trunk of his blue SUV and tossing what appears to be a garbage bag into the dumpster. Inside, authorities say was a dog named Zyla, with a belt around her neck. The shih tzu was microchipped and detectives tracked down its owners to a home in Lehigh Acres, Florida.
