Visiting Artist Lecture Series featuring Jeff Thompson

Jeff Thompson is an artist, teacher, programmer, maker, curator, and musician. His work is shown and performed internationally, and has been featured in the Boston Globe, Creator’s Project, Gizmodo, Wired, and the Brooklyn Rail. With Angeles Cossio () he runs the curatorial project Drift Station (). He is an assistant professor and the program director of visual art & technology at the Stevens Institute of Technology, and serves as artist-in-residence at Bells Labs. In this talk, given as part of William Paterson University’s continuing Visiting Artist Lecture Series, Mr. Thompson discusses his work, methodologies and inclinations.
