Simon Viklund - Hot Pursuit (Synth Cover)

A live performance of Hot Pursuit by Simon Viklund, a track for the Payday 2 Hotline Miami DLC. The song was notated to midi by ear, then sent to the Microbrute and Volca Keys (Bass and Arp/Chords). The audio is not processed in any way, just straight into my recorder. Hardware: MicroBrute SE MicroKorg Korg 01/WFD Korg Volca Keys Korg Volca Sample Behringer Xenyx 502 Tascam DR-05 Ableton Live 9 was used for sending the midi to the synths. The drums in the Volca Sample are clocked to the sync out of the Volca Keys (Caused so many problems with the amount of takes I did. Had to fast forward the track by setting the BPM to 999 in Ableton so the drums stayed sync’d). Recorded on my Nexus 5 (This went flat 2 times while getting this. Can’t stress that enough.)
