Pie Dough Recipe
For two 9-inch/23cm cake rings.
500g all-purpose flour
8g salt
250g butter, cubed and cold
100g eggs, cold
40g ice water
2g vanilla powder (optional).
Mix dry ingredients. Rub butter with flour. Add eggs and water, and mix until just combined. Split in half, wrap and chill a couple of hours.
