Surgery done by Dr Ganesh Ware Extraction of 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 was done followed by curettage and OSSTEM Implant (TS- III) placed intermediately with 33, 34, 35, 42, 43, 45 and one implant placed with 46 .
