@BellyMotions - Hi, it’s me, Miss Portia! I’m a belly dance instructor bringing movement, joy, jiggles and wiggles to women all over the planet! If you’ve got hips, you can dance!
In this 45-minute beginner belly dance fitness class we’ll thoroughly introduce and breakdown several isolations of the hips and then integrate those movements creating three combinations. You’ll really be dancing (and sweating) after this session! Enjoy!
*Note: I had to replace the cool-down in this video with a clip that wasn’t flagged for copyright so you’ll see me in two different outfits! Please do cool down and stretch, it’s vital to releasing tension in your muscles (and brain)!
