In The Night (Vinyl digitizing) *HQ*

’I wrote the song ’Cries In The Night’ when i was 18. Initially, this song was called ’Mr. Cool’. After the album was recorded, then i regretted many times, that ’Cries In The Night’ was not recorded by me in the original form, because i think, that the original version was better. In the new version, the chorus and lyrics had to be changed according to the title (Cries In The Night), but now i regret, that i never recorded the original version. I remade this song, following the advice of one of the employees of the label ’Capitol Records’. And although i understand, that the advice was intended to help, purely as a friend, this was the first and last time, when i allowed a business partner to dictate the terms of composing a song to me.’ © Blackie Lawless PS Mega rare photos from Kevin Wallace’s archive!!!
