НЛО двойные шары 22 июня 2014 сделано человеком?

Recorded in the West Travelling north, way higher than the orbital path of satellites in the area, Seen it on two occasions now. Same area which makes me think that it is some type of man made object in Synchronous Orbit. I’d really like to know what it is that I am recording.
