Wild police chase: Semi-truck ripped apart during standoff near Houston, TX | LiveNOW from FOX

Authorities have arrested a suspect following an hours-long standoff on a freeway in Harris County, Texas. Aerial footage shows SWAT officers move in on the truck after using a battering ram to rip out sections of the side of the 18-wheeler. Officials said it all began when a patrol unit noticed a stalled 18-wheeler. The deputy attempted to make a traffic stop but the driver took off.
