Shoulder dislocates (exercise shown) is a fantastic movement to improve shoulder flexibility, while building strength through its full range of motion.
Most people shy away from this exercise, or try it once, fail to do it, and come to the quick conclusion that it’s not for them. I will say this: shoulder dislocates is surely not for everyone, but it can be beneficial for many.
💭 Who is this exercise not for?
If you recently had a shoulder Injury, and/or you are still in pain from previous injuries, this MIGHT not be the best option. You are better off resting and allowing the area to heal first.
I’d also not recommend this for un-trained beginners as it is a pretty complex movement that has a high risk if done incorrectly.

Those wanting to improve flexibility in a way that builds strength and stability at the same time.
Those doing shoulder rehabilitation, but only if the movement is comfortable and causes no pain or
