Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! Today’s video is a 3 In 1 Workout. You will do a pattern of cardio, strength and ab routines. I recommend using a pair of hand weights that are anywhere from 2-5 lbs. There is not a specific calorie burn for this workout, but most people can burn anywhere from 350-400 calories.
