I am a huge fan of anything with pirates and my sister has been wanting me to watch Black Sails for several years (she’s very patient) because it’s one of her favourite shows. Boy, was she right. If you’ve ever considered watching it, please take the time to do so. S1 had a bit of a slow start for me personally but oh my GOD does it get amazing. Toby Stephens as Flint is just something else. One of the most incredible casting choices ever. He is absolutely breathtaking and I don’t think anyone could have played the role as well as he has. He IS Flint.
