PORTO - Igreja da Santíssima Trindade (Trinidade Church)

The Trindade Church is located in Praça da Trindade behind the Porto City Council building. It was built throughout the 19th century, according to a project by architect Carlos Amarante (who is buried in this church) and was opened for worship on June 5, 1841. It is said that a vision of the Holy Trinity occurred here, and angels singing the Tantum Ergo Sacramentum, to the seer and miracle worker Guilhermina, who also had visions of Our Lady.
