Office chair reupholstery

I mean the vinyl, foam and fabric backing were not attached in the traditional way. A bag system was used instead to make the cover. The deteriorated vinyl of the cover was almost thoroughly peeled off, appearing as if it was done in a combination of black vinyl and grey fabric.| They used zippers to open the mouths to push the padding/foam inside. In fact this is a fast way to refill the padding. I used hand sewing to close the opening instead. Not advisable because it takes too much time. To tackle the reupholstery project I used two methods to find out which one would be the best. My first way was with the seat cushion.
