Here is a fast paced walkthrough focusing on beauty retouching. Mostly focusing on hair and skin. Using techniques that preserve skin texture. I have attache the PSd file on the link below so that you can take a look at my steps. CS4 was used for this retouch so if you are trying to open the PSD on CS3 or lower you might not be able to see a few of my layers.
