Amtrak Coast Starlight: Los Angeles to Seattle scenery, dining, #roomette & sleeper car train.

Review and Tips: Traveling on the #AmtrakCoastStarlight was like being on a sailboat. I saw spectacular scenery in pristine remote locations and graffiti art in urban areas only visible by train. The trip was relaxing and the #observationcar was one of my favorite places for looking out over the of the vast ocean, sunsets over lakes and mountain ranges with winding picturesque rivers while visiting with interesting individuals from all over the world and the US. The café has a nice selection of slightly pricey food items. The dining car is by reservation only and is a fun way to meet new people as it is shared seating. The menu is limited to four (4) entrees at each sitting and the food is made fresh and was tasty. #DiningCar Menu: The meals were presented in an elegant fashion despite being on a moving train. The service was excellent. However, if you expect a four-star restaurant this is not for you. #Sleepingcar passengers have fresh coffee and fruit available in
