Weird Old Cartoon - Timothy and the Magic Cave

I found this on a VHS tape in my closet of a TV show that I had recorded. It was during a commercial break so I probably skipped through it before. It’s really bizarre and creepy. Also, if anyone can translate Russian, it would be nice if they could translate the Russian text in this video.
