Scraps of Paper (1918) Roscoe Arbuckle Al St. John

Fund-raising short made by the Comique Film Company for the Canadian War Loan in WWI. This was supposed to be featured on a DVD, but the quality is so poor that I can not use it for the Al St. John DVD collection. I paid a lot of money for this film so I figured that I’ll just put it up on Al’s YouTube so we can enjoy it while we wait for someone to bring us a restored version, I wanted to do that, but alas, this is not DVD quality material.
