Photos after World Reset? 1800s Clones Repopulation? Empty Cities. No people. What happened?

There are so many photos with giant dome free electric buildings from the old world, but no people, no social life, no humanity. All photos from early 1800s and then the first humans appear with wood carts and horses on dirt and mud roads. There are no construction photos. So my conclusion is: world reset. Either the previous humanity left to other continents or they were evaporated and then a world repopulation started using clones. Just like in the movies and books they show us today on a regular basis. Also, because all buildings are the same on all continents, meaning that there was a previous general empire across many places in the world.
