Chicken Bacon Caesar Wrap | Your new lunch go to, make it on your work from home lunch or pop it in your lunch box, a classic, with ingredients from @dunnesstores!

4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp oregano
8 slices bacon
4 tortilla wraps
Dunnes Stores Caesar Dressing
1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce, shredded
85g Dunnes Stores Baked Black Pepper & Sea Salt Croutons
80g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten slightly with a meat mallet.
Once flat, transfer to a bowl with olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, oregano and season with salt & pepper.
Preheat a griddle pan until hot over a medium high heat and cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes, turning once. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest.
In the same pan, fry the bacon for 2-4 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate lined with kitchen paper.
Wipe the pan with kitchen paper to remove excess oil and add the tortillas, one by one until slightly charred and warmed through.
Slice the chicken & bacon and spread each tortilla with caesar dressing. Add a layer of lettuce, chicken, bacon, croutons, some extra caesar dressing and a good grating of parmesan.
Roll up the wrap, burrito style, and transfer back to the heated griddle pan to seal before serving.
