When you want to take it nice and easy, even during spooky zombie night. I used a wooden desk for the wall, as it allows you to look through it without giving LoS to the cop zombies. Not shown in the video is that the stairs to the bottom floor are not destroyed and there is a door down there, but since the top door is open, the zombies prefer going there.
