In the year 2022, during a lengthy and free-flowing talk with Chris Anderson of TED, Elon Musk expounded on his idea of what it may be like to share everyday life with automatons capable of carrying out human commands. The topic of discussion then shifted to the sexual implications of humanoid androids, which was a predictable progression. In order to simulate human movement, the Optimus Gen-2 is equipped with actuators-integrated electronics and sensors, hands that have 11 degrees of freedom (DoF), a neck that is actuated with 2 DoF, torque sensing feet, tactile finger sensors, and an end-to-end trained neural network. All things considered, Optimus Gen-2 has undergone a substantial amount of development since the initial version was shown at the Tesla 2022 AI Day.
