Every program I’ll have bodyweight exercises included because although I believe that best results come from lifting weights (as far as strength, muscle, and performance), we also have to be able to control our own body.
If you can lift a lot and are jacked but can’t master simple body weight exercises, jump, sprint, crawl, move well, then all that strength and muscle doesn’t allow to do real life stuff.
At least for me that a no go.
