My Full Week of CALISTHENICS Training and Eating! (Mon-Sun)
What’s up guys we’re back again with another video and today I’m going to be showing you a full weekly breakdown of how I train and how I eat to specifically meet my calisthenics fitness goals.
I take you day by day on how I train and what I do, even tho this week was a little bit different from my regular routine since I don’t usually have the opportunity to train at a gym. I also try to hit a freestyle set at least once a week but with the weather situation and lack of resources to be able to train freestyle that wasn’t possible this week.
