When I lived in Scotland in 2016, the producer Nassif Younes and I decided to record the song as a layered hurdy-gurdy-“orchestra“ version. Here’s the result! I hope you enjoy it. This instrument is called “hurdy gurdy“ and has its roots in the medieval times. It works like a mechanical violin with a wheel bow, that can play bass, melody and rhythm all at once.
