甲賀壽司 (Jia He Sushi) was the first to make and sell fresh sushi in traditional Taiwanese markets - that was over 20 years ago, and many have since followed their footsteps. This is a mini documentary about the owner’s story, and her views about making and selling sushi in traditional markets in Taiwan.
