Smile - Smile - 1973 (Danish Psychedelic Pop Rock)

Smile was a Danish band from Esbjerg. They were founded in 1971 as a 9-piece big band orchestra in the vein of Chicago and Blood, Sweat & Tears. However, they changed their sound in 1972 when they became a four-piece band as it’s heard on their only full-length LP, released in 1973 via the small Danish label, Hørekiks. The sound on this album ranges from commercial pop rock and classic rock, as well as a few heavy psychedelic tracks with excellent psych guitars.
