GTA SA: Potato Edition (lowest textures) [Updated version in the description]

Basically this mod makes your game ABSOLUTELY SHIT (seriously it does ._.). But this is not what I’m trying to do. The goal of this mod is to make GTA San Andreas capable to run on any potato-computer with high FPS values. For more info just read the ReadMe.
