When love arrives (Xiaolumi)

i saw this cute video made by natsumeoww and wanted to make something xiaolumi for practice. i never tried making a fully colored video and well it was something. i might try it again sometime but BOY im not drawing backgrounds anymore!!! i like drawing characters and some props and thats it. because of my lack of planning the frames also dont really work well with specific bits of the audio but i hope its enjoyable anyways! i certainly learned a lot lol and i think that matters to me more than the finished product (i think the pictures look better as just illustrations and maybe thats where i failed LMAO) also thanks to my friend for editing the video for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! based on/inspo: tiktok audio belongs to sambafilms on tiktok poem by Sarah Kay and Phil Kaye “When love arrives” insta: twitter: tumblr: ko-fi:
