Although “Mabel and Fatty Viewing the World’s Fair at San Francisco” is essentially a newsreel that utilizes comedy stars Mabel Normand and Roscoe Arbuckle as hosts, that doesn’t mean that the film is devoid of historical interest or small comedic moments.
