The blood Moon is rising

Grull Ponza has been on a roller coaster recently, great tier 1 deck to tier 4 garbage happens very quickly and is highly dependant on one thing, Is blood moon good? If people are getting greedy with their mana bases and you can abuse that fact and blood moon them on turn 2? you will be laughing your way to an easy tournament win. Is blood moon bad? you got multiple dead cards in your main deck and sideboard doing absolutely nothing. Which one will it be for good ole ponza? Great or awfull.
