Russia - Elizabeth II Visits

Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II visited the tsarist Russia’s capital St. Petersburg on Thursday (20/10), the fourth day of her state visit to the former USSR. The royal yacht Britannia moored in the river Neva and the queen’s Rolls-Royce carried her through the streets, a royal procession that breathed life into the tsarist splendour of the museum city.
