We’re real Stans for Sven Weisemann here at FACT. Self-taught, Weisemann’s sumptuously arranged music has found homes on Mojuba, , Apple Pips and more, while his debut album, 2009’s Xine, was a real grower of a record. Broadly speaking, his music combines the soul of classic Chicago house with the longing of modern classical composers like Max Richter, but that’s generalising: Weisemann’s music is its own world, really, and it’s far too easy to get sucked into it. We were talking to
