This was a huge abscess causing severe pain as you can imagine. Multiple large cysts that burst and were leaking pus through every pore at the surface. Almost looked like she was “sweating pus”. This is part 1, part 2 will show the packing being inserted and removed on follow up. Textbook abscess, mildy tender after lidocaine administered. However, we were still able to clear out most of the contents from that cavernous pocket. We will be following up with her. Incision and Drainage. Dermatology procedure.
