Democracy vs Dictatorship: Which Way for Melbourne. October 30th

30th October 2021 in Melbourne Australia. At the Kill the Bill Rally which was from the State Library with another group at Treasury Gardens, both joined together mid march on to the Parliament Steps. Dan Andrews is attempting to push through legislation that would remove the last vestiges of democracy in Victoria and turn the state into a full-blown dictatorship. The legislation would give almost unlimited power to the Premier and the Health Minister with no parliamentary oversight.
