Tight lower back, tight hips, tight thoracic spine? Try this kneeling Bow and Arrow stretch. We target the hip complex, lateral chain, t-spine, and shoulders in one exercise to help mobilize, stabilize, and strengthen your body. In a half-kneeling position, we go through the shoulder dislocate, active side bend, then a bow and arrow at the end.
A single stick is used in this exercise, either a 5, 6, or 7- footer depending on your height.
