Gaza: MSF says Israel responsible for convoy attack

“All elements point to the responsibility of the Israeli army for this attack.” Doctors Without Borders (MSF) said on Friday that that it has concluded that the Israeli army is responsible for an 18 November attack on an MSF evacuation convoy which killed two people and called for an independent investigation. The medical NGO posted a video of the destruction of MSF vehicles and damage to an MSF clinic from 20 November, saying it also attributes the damage to the Israeli military.
