Full title reads: “Paris. France’s New President. 61 year-old M. Albert Lebrun - of peasant stock from Lorraine - elected to succeed late M. Paul Doumer.“ Paris, France. Crowds gather outside large government building in Paris. Troops march along wide street. People watch as they go past. New French President Albert Lebrun with other French politicians outside building. Crowds wave and photographers move in as they walk off. C/U Lebrun as he sits down in an open topped car. The car pulls away. There is a large military escort on horseback. Good back views of the President’s parade as the cars and cavalry as they travel down a wide tree lined boulevard towards the Arc D’Triomphe. Side view of the procession as it passes. M.
