In this 45 Min CONTROLLED Full Body Strength DUMBBELL Workout | Build & Burn | Repeat , we will have 7 bundles, each consisting of 7 movements. Most bundles contain 3 exercises, some for 3 rounds and others for two rounds. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest between exercises and a 30-second rest after each bundle. This routine is excellent for hypertrophy and strength, provided you use the appropriate weight for each movement to effectively challenge and stimulate your muscles and nervous system.
