I nearly gave up 😅 It all began well until it came to the Gelatine. The mixture wasn’t right on my part. I followed the exact instructions on the packet. But Thank God I decided to double the mixture. Setting the jelly took longer than Agar Agar. We had to refrigerate the cake overnight just to be sure the jello would set right. This was probably the most stressful cake I’ve ever made. I sat there with my face in my palms waiting for a disaster to happen.
