Australian troops unlawfully killed 39 Afghans, report finds | ITV News

A four year long investigation into alleged atrocities carried out by Australia’s equivalent of the SAS has found ’credible evidence’ they unlawfully killed as many as 39 Afghan civilians. It blamed a ’warrior culture’ among soldiers that went unchecked.
