After trying Jennie ‘s diet I’ve decided to try Blackpink Lisa diet as well and have been eating like Lisa Manoban for 3 days. And I must say I really enjoyed it!
It was my second time trying K pop diet and this one was really easy and healthy. Weight loss isn’t my goal, I am trying this out of curiosity and am more interested in incorporating new foods into my diet, seeing how my body will respond to it.
