The Copenhagen Exhibition (1932)

Full title reads: “Denmark. The Copenhagen Exhibition - most representative display of British production ever held on the Continent of Europe - opened by the Prince of Wales.“ Copenhagen, Denmark. The bagpipe band of the Gordon Highlanders regiment march through the streets of Copenhagen in their full Scottish dress - kilts and all. A car pulls up and out steps Prince Edward, the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor). Only a quick shot as he walks into building. Interior of town hall. Large audience wait for the official opening ceremony for the exhibition. Cut away to crowds outside. Cars drive along road. Prince of Wales gets out and puts on a top hat. The Prince is introduced to a group of veterans and ex-servicemen. He is shown around various stalls showing British goods, including Spillers Shapes (dog biscuits).
