POE - Build Preview: EASY MODE SRS Necromancer Witch | Path of Exile Siege of the Atlas

DESTROY EVERYTHING very easily and without breaking your in-game budget! As a league starter build, this Summon Raging Spirits Necromancer completely overtakes my Arc Witch Elementalist build in every aspect imaginable... Gyro’s Summon Raging Spirits Necromancer build is based on Melee SRS build from lovely Kay, but is greatly simplified and stripped of all the expensive bells and whistles that a real beginner or a casual player of Path of Exile probably wouldn’t have access to. This is not to say that Kay’s build is not beginner friendly - I did enjoy it greatly myself! - but still think that my version would be easier to follow and much cheaper to put together if the player isn’t aiming to slaughter bosses of T16 Atlas maps without increasing the investment into this build and bringing it much closer to the original build from Kay...
