Just to update, Mick sullivan owns this HQ Premier and it’s powered by a 383 Holden Stroker with a 6/71 blower. The fire was caused by a new methanol injection system he was trialling in an attempt to keep the blower cool. The engine itself runs on petro,l but the methanol is there just to help cool the intake charge.
